The main duties of a moderator would be:

- Keep the forum organized. If something is posted in the wrong forum, move it to the correct one.

- Make sure topics stay ... well ... on-topic.

- Keep it as business-yet-community-friendly as possible (i.e. put out flaming wars, bashing, etc)

- And really just keep it as friendly as possible.


Requirements:

- Be active (at least 30 posts)

- Mininum 1000 posts (the more the better)

- Must be experience in what your applying for

- Must complete a webcam check

what are the qualifications?
if you're needing someone for a position,
you should have a list of qualifications. (just a suggestion)

I think so and some do others you dont know about. There will also come with a invitation whenever the admin views the applicants qualifications. So you are not force to join the elite moderators of the forum.
