And the pronounciation of the "r" is incredibly hard. It's like the cross between a "l" and a "r" and it sounds like a "d" almost.

I went last July to Japan and I LOVED IT!! The people there are so welcoming and kind. I wish I could go back. The plane ride is REALLY LONG but its SO worth it!! I was able to take in a new point of view and learn about a new culture:) I miss it so much!! One of the hard parts is using chopsticks :O and trying new foods. But if anyone goes…TAKE THE RISK!! ITS SO WORTH IT!! I ate butterfly fish and squid!! I hope I can go back again someday!!
