What is the problem and how to fix it?

It cranks but does not start. The gauges also do not read anything and the check engine light is on. The ECM works and the pin connectors (dielectric grease) on the back of the instrument panel are fine too.

Could it be the Crankshaft Position Sensor?
The ECM has already been swapped out and the new one still didn't make it start.
Scan Tool can not communicate with the computer!

I was told it was the CPS by a Jeep Master Tech!
