She is using Windows XP same as your cRoz. Just go to Display Properties and in the Appearance tab and choose your desired Scheme.

 Shocked Apple? iMAC? i dont think so  thumbdown . if i'm not mistaken u just use desktopX and object dock. apple dont have those fancy icons and the start button with windows logo then the IE browser and the MS Office 2003.  Grin and the very obvious Icon Packager shortcut, 6th icon in your top bar.  nono ....
