codes and pattern for moveover.. are posted at friendster tips and tricks section

regarding making a bg.... theres a tutoriual there too

all of my works are done using paint since i dont have software to edit pictures
basically i just copy paste images .. and make boxes using my paint..
after that i incorporate the positioning codes... tadan i got layout in an instance
