do you have any editing tools like dreamweaver or frontpage you can try your code by trial and error you will get your best shot of it try to read tutorial from the web my friend google will help you

get the html from adobe.. then edit it in notepad or frontpage

i'm not a windows expert.. but i make the overlays that i share using:
adobe photoshop cs 2 + text editor
