How do people edit their private page on myspace?

Okay, Where to begin.
Do you know how sometimes you're on myspace and you wonder onto someones page but it is private (all you can see is the headline, and picture of them), but there is a background/layout on that page.

Here's an example of what I mean.

How do people do it, and what is the code?

There is a option within the myspace settings that lets you set the page to private.  If you do this people will only be able to see your profile if there on your friends list.
