Suggestion :
i think friendster need moderator for that case , so people won't need to create new account again and add all the friend again and again...

If the hacker changed the E-mail in your hacked account, you can't have it back.

The best thing is pick a hard password, have your profile private, etc.

but this case is for the unhacked email

mostly we use different password in fs and email
but same email.
