RE: Post count.
I have seen so many members with only less than 10 post, going around the forum and asking for layouts, favors, requests, etc.
I think the forum should have at least a post count limit before a member could access those areas. I mean, this is a forum and not just some request site that they go to and post their request and leave after they get what they want. And that's not what this forum was built for right?

i agree with the observation.. but still
i do believe 90% of people came here in first are on search of pimping their page...
and if any case they read there a few good individual who r willing to give and share their
service... what do u think will come next..?
my suggestion is this instead of feeling u are being abused
why noit juz made a premade layout of everything u think user will surely enjoy
instead of making each page a personalize one
and it would be much better if we will encourage user to learn from simpliest page
to complicated one...
let them discover their cability and who know they may end up contributing a premade too..
well its really hard to judge who r user and whos not...?
i dont disagree but i dont goes with the idea neither..
im aint a contributor anyway... im juz plainly expressing my view

nope. i don't feel "abused" and i'm not suggesting this because of that. and i'm doing the layouts because i like this forum so much that i'm giving back what it deserves: contributing members. you say that you're not contibutor but by simply sharing your opinion and ideas, you are making this forum better. and that's the idea of a forum right? for us to post and share  thanks for you time in reading this... ^__^

hurm interesting suggestion the reyn. you surely right,this is not a request site. i did notice theres so many layout request, which i think they don't even bother to check back if their request is granted or not. but as like monix,i really don't think by limit the post each request would help, most of them not really an active forummers. thats why they don't bother to post or even browse most of the tread here. there just here to find stuff to add to their profile and stuff. enjoying the free ride,you know i'm saying. btw juz a mere suggestion

i would like to make a tutorial but unfortunately, most of you [forumers], if not all are running on a Windows OS. I'm on Mac.. and things are a bit far too different.

The difference is greatly defined. WE dont have a version for mac so will have to do what you can to do, doing what you can if even it only helps 1 person. I'm positive someone running mac will appreciate it. Unless you want to take Swit potato advice with the green fairy thingy layout. lol

If you are unhappy with members just coming here and copying codes than just post the layout and its up to your discretion to share it. My opinion on the matter is this forum is about sharing. Give and take and give. We will always have people unconsiderate but why act the same. I wouldnt want to ruin it for others who greatly appreciate the forum and that goes for newbies just learning and complimenting. Your work will show more if public for everyone. And again for requests, its totally up to your discretion. So the outlook being open and friendly at first glance is giving the respect and opportunity to all people to say thanks and showoff your stuff. And the others unconsiderate, we always have them but give them a chance to act good on your prospect, you will never know unless given the opportunity.

.... uhmmm....i am a member of an anime forum for downloads and one of their rules is that... u have to register first before u can start downloading... and if u got only 10 post... they'll surely delete ur account.... ....... so hows that?.... ....just to lure evryone to participate with us here..... just like a give and take attitude!! ...well...just merely a suggestion...

Thats sounds great samme. From mu understanding some boards are limited because if you dont register theres only a guest feature that allows you to only view a some boards..And as a registered member all the boards is at your grasp..
