i am wanting to go to college and i need help with......?

*** i need for this to be ALL free access!***

 i have had poor school due to different circumstines but i do have my ged. i am no where near a school to just go to one and talk to someone, is there any way i can talk to someone online about this! i want to be a elementary teacher!! ( very excited ) i have not been in a classroom since 2003 when i got my ged! is there any where online where i can see where i would stand before i take my acts or other tests? also i live from pay check to pay check and would really need a grant that would pay for the most if mot all my needs for college. is there any where online where i could look one up and maybe even try to get it online?
i really want to do this and am very wonderful with childern and do believe this is my calling, and would be very thankful for all the info you could provide me with!
oh and one last thing if you know anything about getting a degree online and how it is i know sited i can go to but i want to know ones opinion!!
